Delete in the app (iOS)
- Open the menu in the upper-left corner of the Werewolf home screen.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and proceed with deletion.
On Android, if the menu option is unavailable, or if you cannot open the app, use the email contact on this page. Check carefully before proceeding: deleted account information cannot be restored.
Request deletion by email
Use the subject “Werewolf account and data deletion request” and include the player name, public ID, operating system, and what you would like deleted. If you do not know an item, say so. You do not need to reinstall the app.
To prevent deletion of someone else’s account, we will verify your identity and the relevant data, then explain the next steps individually. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Information deleted or hidden
In-app deletion removes sign-in information and deletes or anonymizes WaoCha! public profile information, post text, and images. Related follows and likes are also processed. A “deleted post” marker without the author or content may remain to preserve the conversation structure.
Information that may be retained
Deleting an account does not automatically erase every past match record or record needed for abuse prevention, reports, audits, or legal obligations. Retained records are handled only as needed for their purpose. To request deletion of a particular record, identify it in your email.
We will review the relevant data, retention needs, and processing time, and explain them in our individual response.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting an account does not cancel Premium. If you have a subscription, cancel it in the Apple or Google Play subscription settings. The stores manage their own purchase and payment records.
