SUPPORT

A little help, when you need it.

Start with the questions below. If you still need help, you can contact the operator by email.

Playing & going online

Where should a new player start?

Open the tutorial from the home screen to learn the basics. Before joining an online game, read the beginner village guide and its current roles and rules.

What is the difference between the villages?

Beginner and experienced villages have different entry conditions, roles, and guidance. These may change, so check the information shown in the app before joining.

I cannot join a match, or I disconnected.

Check your connection and use the rejoin option if the app displays one. If it does not help, contact us with the time, player name, and what the screen shows. Avoid uninstalling the app or clearing its data until you have checked how to access your account again.

Can I play online in English?

Online play and WaoCha! are available when the app language is Japanese. In English and other languages, you can play together in person.

I am not receiving notifications.

Check that notifications are allowed for Werewolf in your device settings and enabled in the app. Focus and battery-saving modes may affect delivery. If the problem continues, tell us your device, OS version, and what happened.

Accounts & the community

What should I check before changing phones?

Check which account you use to sign in and how it is linked in the app. If you are unsure how to keep access, contact support before resetting your old device or reinstalling the app.

Who can use WaoCha!?

WaoCha! is available when the app language is Japanese, for users aged 13 or older. Account linking, a profile, and acceptance of the in-app terms are required. Minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

How do I report inappropriate behavior?

Use the report options in the app. WaoCha! also lets you block other users. If you cannot open the app or need individual help, email our support contact below.

Are feedback and bug-report posts private?

No. WaoCha! feedback and bug-report posts are visible to other users. Use email for matters containing account details or personal information.

Premium & purchases

Where can I find Premium prices and benefits?

Open the Premium plan screen from the home screen. Before purchasing, check the price, billing period, any trial, and automatic renewal conditions displayed by the store.

I purchased Premium, but the benefits are missing.

Make sure you are signed into the store with the Apple Account or Google account used for the purchase, then try Restore purchases on the Premium screen. If it still does not work, contact us before making another purchase.

How do I cancel Premium?

Cancel in the subscription settings of the store where you subscribed. See the Apple instructions or Google Play instructions. Uninstalling Werewolf or deleting your app account does not cancel a subscription.

How can I request a refund?

Contact the store where you purchased: Apple refund help or Google Play refund help. The store determines refund eligibility.
